THE NEW ALBUM "OFERENDA" ANUK LABEL

The fifth album by drummer and composer Paulo Almeida was recorded in September 2022 at the Jazz Campus studios in Basel by sound engineer Patrik Zosso and it was mixed/mastered by Thiago Monteiro.

 

The album has 9 original compositions and a strong team with Devin Deniels - alto sax (USA), Lorenzo Vitolo - piano (ITA), Thiago Alves - acoustic bass (BRA) and Oscar Latorre - trumpet (ES). As special guests Paulo invited the percussionist Alberto Garcia (ES) and the renowned guitarist Lionel Loueke (NGR).

Release date: 01 of September of 2023.

You can listen to it on all platforms and also support it through band camp if you prefer. 

The song features the incredible Lionel Loueke and Alberto Garcia and brings a different sound with lots of percussion and improvisation.
